With this walk and talk style consultation, we will go through your home room by room and discuss improvements to maximize sale value, including curb appeal, furniture arrangement, decluttering, depersonalization, color advice, and emotional connection points. You will receive a home staging guide and customized checklist of items to complete prior to listing. We also provide you with a shopping list of pieces to be used to enhance your space.

  • Occupied staging focuses on enhancing the appeal of a home while the current residents still live there. Starting with a detailed consult, we’ll give you a step by step guide to get started. Once the checklist is complete, we’ll come in and strategically arrange furniture, add decorative touches, and optimize the overall aesthetic transforming your lived-in space into captivating showcases ready for listing photos.

    Minimum is standard for 2 bd, 1 bath, Kitchen, LR and DR.

  • Accessory rental services offer a hassle-free solution for homeowners and real estate professionals to spruce up properties. By providing a selection of home decor, artwork, bedding and pillows, these simple additions can transform spaces, making them more alluring to potential buyers or renters. A well organized space is a desire most people strive for but the reality is, life gets in the way. We get busy, we get overwhelmed knowing where to start and ultimately, we put it off for another day. Having someone come in who understands your flow and function and can help create a system that works FOR you, is our number one goal.

Let’s start by meeting in person to review your struggles with your space and goals for the future, create a manageable action plan based on your individual needs and lifestyle, discuss a realistic timeline and recommend a customized shopping list of our favorite tried-and-true products perfect for your space.

After the consultation, we’ll work our magic to transform your space into a calm, simplified, practical solution. Our rate is $110/hour.

Travel fees apply outside a 40 mile radius from Windham, NH.
